Success means understanding the other person's point of view
About me
Born in the Lower Rhine region, internationally influenced and now rooted in Hamburg – my professional path combines entrepreneurial thinking with operational implementation.
My training in wholesale and foreign trade, as well as degrees in International Management and Business Psychology, form the foundation. Crucially, however, I have over 15 years of experience in demanding projects – from startups and medium-sized companies to international corporations.
My Business
I am often called in when projects stall, processes become unstable, or growth overwhelms existing structures. In such phases, clarity, calm, and direction are essential. Figuratively speaking: a lighthouse.
Not to illuminate problems, but to chart a safe course.
Whether it's production optimization in Asia, establishing a PMO after a merger, or strategically realigning portfolios – operational efficiency doesn't arise from knee-jerk reactions. It arises from clear structures, unambiguous responsibilities, and consistent priorities.
International projects – particularly in Asia, Southern Europe, and North and South America – have honed my understanding of cultural differences. Anyone working globally must understand and respect cultural dynamics. Only in this way can sustainable collaboration be achieved.
I stand for entrepreneurial clarity, structured implementation, and solutions that remain resilient even under pressure.
My Vision
I want to guide companies through turbulent times and help them find safe harbor — as a reliable partner for clarity, structure, and sustainable growth.
My Mission
I support companies in setting up their processes and projects in such a way that they are efficient, robust, and future-proof.
My Values
Authentic. Reliable. Goal-oriented.
I stand for honest advice, clear communication, and sustainable results— in partnership and on equal terms.
